How to create / use AI Assistant

  1. Link WhatsApp in Settings → WhatsApp by scanning the QR code.
  2. Patients message 'Need appointment tomorrow morning' on WhatsApp — the assistant checks free slots and suggests times.
  3. Patient confirms → appointment is created automatically with token and reminder — front desk that never sleeps.
How it works: Everything is saved to your clinic workspace instantly. You see only your clinic data, and each role (patient, doctor, admin) sees only what they are allowed to — like separate locked drawers.
Tip: Open this from the app sidebar → AI Assistant. If you do not see it, your role may not have access — ask your clinic admin.
